Online and Personal Shopping Purchases
For purchases made online or through our Personal Shopping Service you have 30 days from the date of the receipt to return or exchange your purchase. The purchase must be returned in its original condition, unworn, without custom engraving or other alterations with all packaging, warranty card, instruction booklet and any other support materials received with your purchase.
Buy Duty-Free/Pick Up In-Store Purchases
Purchases made using our “Buy Duty-Free/Pick Up In-Store” service are subject to the Little Switzerland in-store return policy. Please see store for details. A purchase made under this service can be canceled/returned prior to pick up or leaving the store with the merchandise.

Special Order Policy
The pricing on your Special Order is subject to change. Our Company commits to ship out your order as quickly as possible. Due to the manufacturer's production schedule, Special Orders can take up to 12-16 weeks and at times even longer. Refunds will not be issued due to delays or duty implications. Shipments to the United States are subject to duty and will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Special orders are non-refundable unless the items have manufacturer's defects in which case they are exchangeable.
